About returns and exchanges

We cannot accept returns for customer reasons other than defective products.
Customer convenience, image difference, color difference with monitor (according to order)
・Incorrect order

Only unused items can be exchanged for the first time within 7 days after the product arrives.
For details on size exchange, please check the exchange card that is included with the product.

About gift wrapping

We accept gift wrapping for a fee (220 yen).
When purchasing a product, there is an option called [Wrapping].
If you would like wrapping, please select [Yes (+220 yen)].
We also have gift bags available.

We have an actual size scale of the insole. Please use it as a guide.

The room's series uses a cardboard-like base paper called Texon board inside the main unit. If the base paper gets wet, it loses its strength, so it cannot be washed.
However, the synthetic leather part of the room's, the inside of the main body, the insole, and the outer sole can be wiped with a damp cloth.

Regarding delivery

After your purchase, we will ship it in about 1 to 5 days after payment is completed.
However, in the following cases, it may take more than a week.
・When shipments are busy ・When delivery is not possible due to various circumstances such as natural disasters, traffic conditions, or the absence of the destination
